The Multitron II Micro

Built on the basic design of the Multitron II, this unique, large capacity shaking incubator is optimized for mixing various microtiter® plate formats. The 3mm diameter throw of its innovative drive system ensures complete mixing within the plate well (click here for details on the superior mixing capabilities of this shaking format).

With a 1000rpm maximum speed, the Micro produces large liquid area exposure within the wells of microtiter® plates. This ensures more complete mixing and helps optimize reactions.

Like its parent, the Multitron II, the Micro's stackable design, up to three units high, increases productivity within the same footprint.  And its frontloading design and slide-out tray makes access quick and easy.

With available CO2 and Humidity options, as well as refrigeration, the Micro can be customized to meet almost any need. Ask about the new 'Low-Flow' cooling and 'No-Vap' membranes, designed to work with or without Humidity to help reduce evaporation.
