In-situ sterilizable vessels •Vessel sizes of 7.5, 15, and 30 liters total volume •Double-jacketed stainless-steel vessels (316L grade in contact with the culture) •Air filters attached behind the vessel for easier access to the top plate and handling of the vessel •Special valve to allow sterilization of the air-inlet filter in-situ •Mechanical seal or magnetic coupling (upon request, for cell culture) •Sample valve at the very bottom of the vessel for complete emptying •7 free 19 mm ports on top plate and 3 25 mm ports in the base (30 liters: 4 5 mm ports) •Sight glass for clear view of the culture •Intermediate aspect ratio for both bacterial and cell culture •Easily exchanged for different sizes

Techfors Techfors is a very modern, modular fermenter system from 20 to 200l total volume. Thanks to the intelligent s-DDC instrumentation it combines safety of operation with the highest level of flexibility. All parameters of the system can be freely configured. The user also has the possibility to later extend the system with further parameters or to connect external analytical instruments. The vessel attachment is located centrally, thus ensuring undisturbed weighing and free access. The open frame design and the water-cooled drive system with thermal siphon for quiet operation without turbulent airflows and many other advantages make TECHFORS one of the most innovative high-tech products on the market. Open frame, pipes and PCU-housings are made from stainless steel. The casing can be swiveled to the side, which allows better access to vessel and peripherals. The operating panel is located behind the acrylic door with keyboard and screen and 4 corrective agent/feed pumps. Upon request, the whole construction can be delivered on rollers.
